With a wider range of action movies to spoof from, this was much much better than the first part. I now hope there is a third part in the near future.

Thamizh Padam 2 (2018) from IMDb

Directed by C.S. Amudhan. With Iswarya Menon, Shiva, Jiiva, Manobala. A stringent cop tries all the possible ways to nab a dreaded don who poses a big threat to the society.

A very uninspired and insipid performance… To concede 3 before halftime is difficult to come back from and the way two of those were conceded was inexpiable.

Winning the away games invariably wins you the championship. 😯

But well played by Brighton Hove Albion which was the better team on the field.

Brighton v Man Utd @Amex Stadium, Falmer

Back at Old Trafford and back on the top of the table (at least till the other matches take place πŸ˜€)…

With a penalty before the second minute ran out, #ManU had the opening goal 🎁 for them. With the mercurial Pogba, it was a formality. And with Luke Shaw slotting in a second in the 83′, it seemed to be a straightforward victory. But it wasn’t a walk in the park for the Red Devils. De Gea left a ball to hit the woodwork and the rebound had Jamie Vardy right where he wanted to be, to pickpocket a goal right at the end.

Three points in the end, but not a game that one expects of a title contender…. 🀨
